Feeds are health data about your child. We keep as little as we can and never sell or share it.

On your phone

Feeds, pumps, timers and settings are stored on your iPhone. Without an account, nothing leaves your phone.

When you share a baby

To share a baby with other carers, you sign in with Apple. Then we store on our server:

• Your account: an anonymous id from Apple and a name you choose (for example "Mum"). We don't ask Apple for your name or email.
• The baby: a name and birth date if you enter them. Both are optional.
• The log: feeds, pumps, timers and live feeds or pumps, with who logged them.
• Who follows the baby and whether they can log or only view.
• Your consent: what you agreed to and when.
• Signed-in phones: when each signed in and was last used. A phone not used for 180 days is signed out.

Only the people you invite to the baby see its data. Invites work once and expire after 48 hours. Anyone who can log can remove others, and anyone can leave.

Legal basis: your explicit consent to process health data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and providing the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

Where it is stored

On a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in [[Nuremberg / Falkenstein, Germany]], under a data processing agreement. Connections are encrypted. Backups are encrypted and kept for 14 days.

To update other carers' phones, we send push notifications through Apple. They can include the time of the last feed.

What we don't do

• No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of data.
• Server logs hold the time, the kind of request and errors. No IP addresses and no feed data.
• This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from other sites and keeps no access logs.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting your account in the app removes your data from the server, and every baby you are the only carer of, for everyone following it. Backups expire within 14 days.

Your rights

You can see, export, correct and delete your data. Export and delete are in the app. You can also restrict or object to processing, or email us about any of it. You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example [[ZUSTÄNDIGE AUFSICHTSBEHÖRDE]].

Anonymous statistics

We may later offer help like "most babies this age feed 8 to 12 times a day". That would only use data from parents who turn it on separately. It is off until you do.
